Project Schedule
The redevelopment of the William H. Gray III 30th Street Station began Fall 2021 by starting the design phase that preserves the historic significance of the station. Concurrently, PIP began to maintain the facility, operations, and concessions in Fall 2021 and will continue in this role through 2071.
Beginning in 2023, the project will be constructed in phases to maintain Amtrak operations with the full station renovation anticipated to be complete by the end of 2027.
