PIP is excited to lead the redevelopment of the Gray 30th Street Station, an anchor in the University City District and gateway to the greater Philadelphia area. To support our commitment to the West Philadelphia community, we have partnered with the Hire30thStreet Advisory Collaborative – a network of community- and faith-based organizations that have longstanding commitments to economic and community development in the West Philadelphia / University City District area and throughout the greater Philadelphia region. Participants of this group (listed below in alphabetical order) will support PIP community investment efforts in an advisory capacity.
